Award ceremonies
Emails have now been sent out to all attending students to confirm the time of their ceremony, giving instructions on gown hire and confirming if requested extra guest tickets are available. If you have not received your email by 4pm on Friday 10th May please contact the Ceremonies Office. Your email will detail how many of your requested extra tickets we can provide. To book these online please visit our EPay website.
Please note that there is a strict deadline for booking all extra guest tickets. The deadline is 4pm on Wednesday 22nd May 2013.
Gown hire is now available to be booked. All students attending an Award Ceremony MUST wear a gown when crossing the stage to collect their award. Gown hire is booked online and MUST be booked at least 21 days prior to you award ceremony.
Times of the award ceremonies have now been set, and a detailed breakdown is now available online.

If you would like to attend the ceremonies but have not previously booked you can add yourself to the waiting list by emailing ceremonies@northampton.ac.uk with your name, course, student number and how many tickets you would require should they become available.

University regulations are such that a student cannot graduate or receive their certificate if they have any outstanding liabilities with the University or partner institutions.
Please note that a list of all graduating students names will be published around the time of the ceremonies in various formats. If you do not wish for your name to appear on these lists please contact the Ceremonies Office by the end of November.
The contact email address that you provide the Ceremonies Office with when you book your attendance or claim your certificate will be available to other departments or organisations within the University for their use. If you do not wish the email address to be available to others in this way or would like to know which organisations we share with before agreeing to allow this use of data please contact the Ceremonies Office regarding this.
