July 2012 Award Ceremonies

Extra ticket booking is now available online. The deadline for booking any requested and available extra guest tickets is 4pm on Friday 8th June. All Students that have requested extra guest tickets will receive an email confirming the availability of their requested tickets by the end of Friday 18 May.

Alternatively you can book your extra tickets at the Ceremonies Office, either in person or by telephoning 01604 893474.

Please note that 4pm on Friday 8th June is a very strict deadline and no bookings will be taken for extra guest tickets after this date and time.

Booking for gown hire and photography is now available on Ede & Ravenscroft's website. Please do not book your gown if you have not yet booked to attend the award ceremony.Your gown must be booked at least 21 days before your ceremony.

If you would still like to attend but have not yet booked guest tickets or registered to attend alone you can be placed on a waiting list by emailing ceremonies@northampton.ac.uk with your name, course, student number, contact telephone number and how many tickets you would like if any become available.

If you do not want to attend the Award Ceremony in July but would like your certificate sending to you please complete the online certificate claim form.

Previous Award Ceremonies Information

The February award ceremonies are now available to watch online via the University website.

Also available to view is a video created on the day of the ceremony including interviews of graduates, this is available on Youtube.

Disclaimer

University regulations are such that a student cannot graduate or receive their certificate if they have any outstanding liabilities with the University or partner institutions.

Please note that a list of all graduating students names will be published around the time of the ceremonies in various formats. If you do not wish for your name to appear on these lists please contact the Ceremonies Office by the end of May.

The contact email address that you provide the Ceremonies Office with when you book your attendance or claim your certificate will be available to other departments or organisations within the University for their use. If you do not wish the email address to be available to others in this way or would like to know which organisations we share with before agreeing to allow this use of data please contact the Ceremonies Office regarding this.
