Resit information

Undergraduate programmes operate a resit in year system - see Assignments for details.

If your results show a star (*) against any of the module grades, you have a resit opportunity. If you have passed the module you can choose whether or not to do the resit. Check whether:

  • Passing the resit at D- (C- for post-graduate) will improve your module grade
  • Improving your module grade will give you a better classification

Your resit work will be available on NILE and will be sent to you with your results letter. We recommend that you contact your tutor for feedback and to discuss the work, to ensure that you are successful at resit.

Resit results

If you do resits your results will go to an exam board in September (for standard academic year courses) and you will have the opportunity to attend an award ceremony in February.
