Validation and review bulletins for Schools

Validation and Review Bulletins are available for each academic School. These are updated on a weekly basis and provide details of where each event is in the process. If you would like to be added to the mailing list to receive these bulletins please contact Matthew Watson.

Please note that it cannot be guaranteed that the events listed on the Bulletins will take place, or if the programmes are validated that they will then be offered by the University.

Annual Review

The University is committed to implementing an efficient and risk-based annual review process informed by data that has been analysed against institutional benchmarks. Benchmarked data will be made available to Field, Programme Teams and Academic Schools to inform Annual Review. This step change will focus School Academic Teams on redirecting their efforts to action planning and achieving continuous improvement.

The documents in Appendix 6 of the Validation and Review Handbook are to be used to complete the Annual Module Monitoring and Field Overviews for 2010/11. We will developing further guidance for Programme and School Annual Review over the summer. For further details please contact Lee Jones.
