Human Resources Business Partnering Team

The Human Resources Business Partnering Team will provide a full range of operational HR support, guidance and advice to managers, including terms and conditions of service, supporting organisational change, employment law, performance management, absence management, redeployment, redundancy, role evaluation, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals. They will also provide a dedicated recruitment services and support to employees.

The team are also responsible for corporate staff development activity, ensuring mandatory training is conducted including orientation, Raising the Bar (fomerly PDR), equality and diversity and other key management skills.

The team is also dedicated to developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures, supporting managers with staffing restructures, workforce planning and change management programmes, lead on employee engagement, people and organisational development initiatives .

Payroll, Pensions and Management Information Team

The Payroll, Pensions and Management Information Team is responsible for providing an expert payroll and pension service to all employees and meeting all HMRC, pension, audit and legal requirements.
