Human Resources Professional Services
The Office for Human Resources Professional Services is responsible for delivering the HR Strategy to support The University of Northampton. HR services support the University to build its organisational and people capacity and capability, transform its culture and structure the institution to meet its future business needs.
The department has three functions; HR Business Partnering, Resourcing (including employee relations and payroll), and Staff Devleopment
