Staff telephone system

  • The Ericsson MD100 PABX is a stored program control exchange with integrated voicemail
  • Park and Avenue Campuses are linked via high speed circuits
  • Direct dialing in (DDI) is available to all extensions
  • Most extensions are able to dial local and national calls
  • Access to making International calls can be given on written authority of cost centre managers
  • Call logging equipment is installed to record the duration of any calls and numbers dialled, with monthly reports sent to cost centre managers. The equipment does not listen to the actual telephone call
