Student Experience Surveys
Gathering feedback from students about their student experience at The University of Northampton is part of the work of the Business Intelligence Unit within the Office of the Vice Chancellor. Currently these surveys include:
- Internal Student Survey (all Undergraduate non-final year students)
- National Student Survey (Final year Undergraduate students)
- Postgraduate Student Experience Survey (all postgraduate students)
- International Student Barometer (all international students)

The Business Intelligence and Management Information Unit also collect destination data about our students as pat of the national Destination of Leavers from Higher Education Survey. From April 2012, this also includes international students. Destination data is collected at both six months (Early DLHE) and 3 and a half years (Longitudinal DLHE) after successful completion of a student's Higher Education course.

Online Survey Tool
The Bristol Online Surveys (BOS) tool is available for staff members who wish to conduct a survey. BOS allows you to create, run & analyse surveys via the Web without any technical knowledge.
The Business Intelligence and Management Information Unit administers staff accounts on behalf of the University.
