Landlords' Pack

The Landlords' Pack has been put together by The University of Northampton to provide landlords with up-to-date information on all aspects of the letting process.

The pack contains important landlord information on the legal aspects of student accommodation. It also provides information about specific aspects of the student market such as the yearly cycle, renting over the summer and the recommended rent amount for Northampton.
