Instead of continually logging in and searching for a timetable from the website it is now possible to link it directly to an e-Calendar. Calendar formats covered by this service are:
- Outlook 2007
- Windows Live
- Google Calendar
- Android phones
- iPhone or iTouch
The link is made by subscribing to the timetable in question from the relevant page on the website. All that is required is the staff member's employee number (which can be located on your monthly payslip).
The benefit is the link is always active and any changes made to the timetable at any time will automatically update to the e-Calendar. The link will also continue year on year without the need to re-subscribe.
Bookable meeting rooms
The availability of teaching space for non academic booking is limited during term time. Staff are therefore encouraged to first use the various Bookable Meeting Rooms on both campuses as an alternative for all supplementary requests.
