The University offers a number of courses with professional and industry accreditation from various professional bodies.

Professional bodies include:

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • Association of International Accountants (AIA)
  • Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)

We offer a variety of qualifications in areas such as business, education, health, science and technology, social sciences and the arts. We also teach professional land-based courses, animal care and management courses and construction courses at our partner college, Moulton College.

Part-time students can also benefit from academic support. The University's Centre for Achievement and Performance (CfAP) provides tutorials, workshops and open learning packs on a range of academic skills, from referencing to mathematics.

If you have been out of education for a while, the University offers a Study Skills for Academic Success module to help you improve skills such as essay writing and referencing.
