Global Employability Initiative

The Global Employability Initiative (GEI), offered by Northampton Business School (NBS), links exceptionally talented and enthusiastic international students with companies across the globe.

The initiative, originally suggested by international students, matches students' CVs with work opportunities, as well as preparing them with the the necessary skills, knowledge, attitudes and commercial understanding to compete for jobs in their home countries.

The initiative is actively expanding its existing network of corporate links, and, in its first phase, will focus on India.
