Accommodation types
Our Halls of Residence are based at both Avenue and Park campuses and in the town centre.
Accommodation consists of twin rooms (shared) or single rooms, with or without ensuite.

What is included
All rooms are offered on a self-catering basis. This includes general kitchen appliances, but you will need to bring your own pots, pans, cutlery and bedroom linen. Please note that smoking is not permitted in Halls of Residence.
All accommodation fees include heating, lighting and water. Full-time students do not have to pay council tax. If you bring a television or watch live TV on your computer, you will need to pay for a TV licence.

Key and Damage Deposit
You must provide a £200 key and damage deposit in order to accept any room offer which is made to you. This is used to cover any damage or bills which may be outstanding at the end of your residency. Unused deposit monies are returned at the end of your occupancy.
