Professional development opportunities
It is never too late to enhance your knowledge, develop your skills and to make an impact in your school or early years setting. Within the School of Education we offer a range of exciting opportunities in developing our skills and knowledge.
We understand that we need to be flexible with your needs as we all lead busy lifestyles and have existing commitments. Whether you are starting out on your journey or continuing your professional development, our courses are designed with this in mind.
Our postgraduate and professional courses are for people who work in school or early years as teachers, early years professionals, teaching assistants or early years support staff.
We also support those who work with children that have special educational needs. The School of Education offers subject-specific courses (MA Education and CHESL) for teachers, early years professionals or support staff; these include courses on autism, literacy difficulties, behaviour management and severe learning difficulties.
