Meeting the Requirements of the Equality Act 2010
In line with the Equality Act 2010, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) must publish, no later than 31 January 2012, information to demonstrate its compliance with the Public Sector Equality Duty.
The information must include information relating to staff and students who share a relevant protected characteristic who are employees and other people affected by policies and practices.
