Here you can find out how to let the Northampton Assessment Centre (NAC) know what you think of our services and/or make suggestions to improve the service.
We always strive to improve the quality of our service; to help us do this, when requested, please complete our feedback form.
Concerns or complaints
If you have any concerns about the service you have received from the NAC, please pop in to see us; our opening times can be found on our contact us page. If you are unable to do this, please complete the official complaints form below.
If you are unhappy with the way your complaint has been dealt with and still wish to keep your complaint informal, you may choose to take your concerns to the Assistant Head or Head of Student Services. If, however, you wish to make a formal complaint, please refer to the University leaflet 'How to make a complaint'. Hard copies are also available from either of the Student Services' help desks.
