Important information for first year students

Although the University endeavours to ensure that first year students have access to our Halls of Residence, this year has seen unprecedented demand for spaces and all of our Halls of Residence are currently full.

If you would like to be considered for the waiting list for a space in our Halls of Residence, please download and complete the Accommodation Application Form. As all applications are considered in the date order in which they are received by the University's Accommodation Services, it is very important that you complete and return your form without delay. However, we regret that we cannot guarantee that places will become available.

If you live in Northamptonshire, please check the eligibility of areas web page for information on whether you are eligible to apply for Halls of Residence.

If you are unsuccessful in securing a place in Halls of Residence or would prefer to live off campus, we can assist you with finding suitable private sector housing. To find out more about how the University can help you, please visit the private sector housing section of our website.
