Enrolment
What is enrolment?
Enrolment is the process which registers you as a student of the University. For most undergraduate students enrolment usually takes place at Welcome Weekend (Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 September 2012). We will check you have pre-enrolled and then confirm your ID and your course details.
We will check your finance details and confirm any rent arrangements with you if you are residing in Halls. You will be provided with a student ID card and student handbook.
Pre-enrolment
The pre-enrolment process requires students to go online and check their personal information including address, contact details and fee information ahead of enrolment. You would have been emailed to ask you to pre-enrol before Welcome Weekend. Students who have not pre-enrolled before Welcome Weekend will be asked to do so when they arrive, which will lengthen their enrolment process.
Please see our pre-enrolment guidance video for further information about online pre-enrolment.
How do I enrol?
Enrolment takes place at Welcome Weekend for most new students. You will be contacted separately if your enrolment session is not at Welcome Weekend.
What if I can't attend enrolment?
If there are particular circumstances which mean you are unable to enrol, please contact the Admissions Office.
