The Global Employability Initiative for international students
The Global Employability Initiative offers international students of Northampton Business School the opportunity to build their employability skills and access a global network of employers for potential job opportunities.
The Global Employability Initiative will add substantial value to your experience as an international student at The University of Northampton, enabling you to graduate with the desired skill sets, knowledge and personal attributes to successfully move into employment, and helping you to find a permanent job in your home country or elsewhere in the world.
How does the Global Employability Initiative work?
Students submit information about themselves and we then create an electronic student profile for them, including a CV and a short video. Employers can view these profiles and contact students who they would be interested in working with.
Staff supporting the Initiative will also proactively contact potential employers and market students who are registered with us.
Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of employability enhancing courses that are designed to support them in shaping their career paths.
