Personally I gained alot through reflection and trying to understand the type of learner I am.
I was able to identify the sort of leadership skills I posses.
I was able to identify how I learn and the skills I already have and how to express them in an interview using evidence.
I gained an awareness of employability skills required by an employer and I discovered my learning style.
