Northampton Business School offers in-company training and development to meet defined business needs flexibly and cost-effectively at a location to suit you, timed to fit your operational requirements.
Our programmes can be accredited or non-accredited, bespoke or 'off the shelf'. Whichever route you choose, all of our programmes are tailored to the industry or operational context in which you work and designed to meet the development objectives which you set.
We can offer credit for prior workplace learning to shorten the period of study and maximise the value of existing company development programmes. All assessment of participant progress on in-company programmes involves engagement in workplace issues, challenges and projects.
