Sustainability
SEED project: Shared Enterprise Empowering Delivery
The University of Northampton is leading a partnership project researching best practice for organisations to improve sustainability. The project is identifying how organisations can improve sustainability more efficiently by working together, and in ways that can save and even generate money.
The project will identify common targets, objectives and solutions for improving sustainability in Northamptonshire. 'Shared Solutions for Sustainability' will be created and trial actions implemented across the county.
The learning gained will be developed into toolkits, events and presentations to facilitate the dissemination and encourage adoption of best practice by other higher education institutions (HEIs) in partnership with their communities.
The project is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), The University of Northampton and Northamptonshire County Council.
