Leadership and Human Resource Management

The University of Northampton offers a full BA (Hons) Human Resource Management degree, as well as options on the University's joint and combined honours programme. Postgraduate courses are also available.

The University has been successfully delivering the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) professional education programme for over 12 years. All staff have professional body membership and many are actively involved in research.

The University's undergraduate programme is designed for students who wish to study business and have a particular interest in people at work. The course examines strategic business issues alongside decisions surrounding the management of people. Graduates therefore gain a strong understanding of business as well as becoming effective people managers.

The postgraduate Human Resource Management programme is aimed at people working in the Human Resource Management field as well as those wanting to develop a career in this area. The course is available full-time, part-time and as a top-up for those who already hold a CIPD Diploma.
