Podiatry

Undergraduate courses offered

The University of Northampton offers a BSc (Hons) Podiatry course. On completion of study in Podiatry, students will be autonomous in their practice.  You will be capable and confident in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of your patient's lower limb problems.

Your scope of clinical practice will cover patients from various categories such as At Risk, Sports and Paediatrics, Physical Medicine and Orthopaedics.  During your degree you will undertake a broad scope of in-house clinical training at our purpose built facility and attend a variety of placements within the National Health Service.

Together with clinical modules, the rigour of the theoretical modules ensures competent and capable practitioners upon graduation.  The University of Northampton is committed to Lifelong Learning and students may choose to continue their studies towards Masters or Doctoral qualifications.

Postgraduate courses offered

The University of Northampton also offers a number of postgraduate and professional short courses in this field.
