If information has already been supplied, this will be destroyed providing the Project Team are notified within 28 days of a specified date that the participant withdraws consent. Consent will be assumed unless the Project Team are notified either orally or in writing of a participant's desire to 'opt out 'as outlined above. If participants are to be interviewed in person, the contact details of the researcher will be provided for them.
