Interlibrary loans: What happens if I lose the book? Interlibrary loans: Where do I collect requested interlibrary loans?Any items that are supplied as photocopies are usually for you to retain. If you have requested a photocopy of a journal article this will be posted directly from the British Library to your home address (the one supplied on your interlibrary loan form). Any items that are supplied for loan to you will be held behind the Help Desk for you to collect (Avenue Library) or will be available through a member of staff (Park Library). An email will be sent out notifying you that the item is waiting collection from the library.
