Completed interlibrary loan forms can be handed in at either library. It is important that you complete the form as fully and as accurately as possible, otherwise delays could occur. If you are unsure as to which information to include on the request form please contact our Interlibrary Loan team or your Academic Librarian. Please ensure that you have signed the form.
