Avenue Gallery re-opens on 10 February after an extended Christmas break with an exhibition of new photographic work by John Harper, Associate Fellow in Fine Art at The University of Northampton. John will be unveiling new work from the series 'Drawn From Rock' alongside work relating to his book 'Broken and Breaking Ground' based on a year-long residency at Fermynwoods Contemporary Art in Northamptonshire. The exhibition will also include archive material that reveals the broad range of his influences that have shaped his work, including artists, films, places, books, memories and reflections on his practice.

The exhibition will open with a preview on Friday 10 February from 4-7pm, after which it will run from 13 February to 9 March Mondays-Fridays 10am-4pm
