The University’s Employability Week, which runs from Monday 17 to Friday 21 October, offers both undergraduates and graduates the chance to meet employers from a variety of industries and find out about career opportunities.

11:00-15:00 Graduate Fair Explore graduate roles and schemes, network with employers and find out what opportunities are out there for you after graduation Park Library Foyer, Dialogue Café and Sulgrave Reception
13:00-16:30 Negotiation Skills Role Play – Neil Doncaster, President of Scottish FA Delegates will learn about the theory behind successful negotiation and will test their skills in a team environment based on realistic commercial facts. The exercise is intended to replicate as closely the stresses involved in a commercial negotiation Park Campus

Wednesday 19 October

9:00-17:00 Crisis Management Role Play – Neil Doncaster, President of Scottish FA Delegates will learn about their ability to solve practical problems in a team environment and is intended to replicate as closely as possible the unique stresses involved in doing so in the intense heat of the media spotlight. The exercise illustrates the difficulty of making big decisions under pressure and on occasions when no obvious solution exists. Park Campus
12:30-16:00 Create Your Brand Conference

Explore how to find and manage your professional identity. Attending this conference will provide you with tips and advice on how to market yourself effectively both face-to-face, online and in applications.
