Personal Development Planning (PDP) downloads

Bite Size PDP Activities: Complete set of activities A complete set of twenty-eight tried and tested bite-size PDP activities. These activities are designed for staff to use with students and are available to download here in one zip file. Bite-size PDP Activities: Graduate skills for employability These activities are designed to help students link academic tasks with transferable skills valued in the workplace, and encourage peer support for the processes of review and self-reflection. Bite-size PDP Activities: Reflective practice for employability These activities can be used to stimulate discussion in group tutorials, or as part of peer feedback and evaluation. Sharing in pairs or small groups is an excellent way of reinforcing self-awareness. Bite-size PDP Activities: Self presentation for employability These activities are designed to encourage articulation of skills evidence, the art of telling personal stories and effective self-presentation for selection and progression purposes. e-Portfolio as a tool for professional development in teaching (or in research/scholarship) PDP feedback from students Analysis of student feedback on PDP PDP practice across the University Examples of good practice PDP student leaflets Leaflets handed out to students to introduce them to personal development planning (for staff information)

Documents in PDF format can be read using Adobe Reader. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents can be read by using their respective applications or any alternatives.
