Student Services' help desks

The help desks are the first point of contact within Student Services and provide guidance, information and support. We can help with a wide range of issues and concerns that affect you during your time as a student.

We are committed to helping you get the most out of your time at The University of Northampton, and to your welfare.

The help desks within Student Services are located at both Avenue and Park campuses. You do not need to make an appointment; simply drop in to see us anytime during our opening hours or contact the help desks by email or telephone.

Services we provide include the Jobshop packed with part-time and vacation work opportunities to suit students, with reasonable hours and good rates of pay. You can view these vacancies online or call into Student Services at either campus.

We can also help if you feel you are being subject to discrimination or harassment, and we provide, racial, homophobic and disabilist incident reporting points.

We provide help and assistance for international students on many issues including, letters to prove studentship at The University of Northampton, visa renewals and drop-in sessions.
