Postgraduate Certificate in Enhancing the International Student Experience
PgCert
Throughout the sectors of higher and further education there is a continuing growth of various forms of internationalisation. This continuing growth raises issues related to the quality of the provision provided and the overall experience of these international students. It is not just the provision by academic and teaching staff that impact on the international student experience but all parts of an institution including student support and services such as admissions, careers and finance.
